DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Your order will be dispatched within 3 business days once our bank has confirmed your payment

We deliver worldwide except to Syria,Iran,Irak,Libya,North Korea and any countries at war or suffering from natural disasters.

We reserve the right to refuse to dispatch orders to clients with outstanding payments.

Electronic or electrical parts will not be refunded or exchanged.

We cannot deliver windscreens/windshields, rear or side windows. You must come and collect them at our garage.

Concerning "standard exchange part" ordering: You must order the part on our website and send us the old part. Once received we will send you the remanufactured part.

If you do not have the old part, we will ask you to pay a deposit whose price you can find on the article description.

Parts will be refunded or exchanged if we have made an error or if the part is faulty. The shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense. We will never refund in cash, by cheque or credit card. In exceptional circumstances, the refund could be in the form of a credit for a future purchase on our site valid for 3 months .

Our minimum order is 50 euros excluding VAT and carriage.
